The reception was friendly with excellent and affable staff. The location was particularly good in a pretty comfortable area, not far from the center of Lleida as well as the other facilities.

I had perfectly pleasant days staying at this low-budget hotel. The staff was professional and outstandingly helpful, the property was clean and placed in a central part of the city near the city centre. Wake-up service, available in my superior twin room, was a nice bonus.

The place was incredible and perfectly situated near both the Sunday market and a weekday market, with spacious rooms and cozy beds that we didn't want to leave - highly recommended!

Very good for the (low) price: clean room, we did not have any problems with noise, very helpful and friendly staff

No parking, finally used a public parking 5-10 walking minutes away. No WiFi.

it was just for one night and it was in a great position to visit the city and catch the high speed Train early in the morning easily(it is just one minute opposite the train station!)

the breakfast it is not included in the price and it costs 7 euro per person (too much).

Friendly reception at an extremely convenient venue. Big bed in queen room equipped with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. - Fairly clean private bathroom. - Marvelous setting in a pretty comfortable area, near the center and the old town. - Short walk to Iglesia Sant Joan Parish; a wonderful base for exploring Lleida.

We stayed one night at the hotel on our way from the mountains to Barcelona. It is just over the road from the train station and not too far to walk 915 mins) to the bus station. The hotel is excellent value for money, our room was large, modern and clean..tv, air conditioning and with a hairdryer in the equally large bathroom. The lady on reception was not very welcoming despite our efforts to speak some Catalan (all be it not very fluently!), however the gentleman on reception when we checked out the following day was very nice and friendly. I would definately recommend the hotel for convenience and value for money.

no coffee. I was told if I had coffee in the breakfast room, I'd be charged the full price of the breakfast. There was a coin operated coffee machine in the lobby. We ended up going to the train station cafe for coffee.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. Loved the marble floors!! The entry to the hotel is absolutely fabulous so you felt like you were staying in a 5-star hotel...Impressive to be sure! Another thing is this hotel is directly across from the train station and the tourist bus passes right in front of the hotel. There is a good cafe right across the street and a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Everything is convenient to this place!

There was a main street passing beside the hotel, in front of the train station, so the traffic noise continued to all hours of the night. The windows were double glazed, but it was still fairly loud.
